Можно но не нужно. Это шрифты для печати, а монитор имеет гораздо
меньшее разрешение чем печатающие устройства.
Короче смотреться будет погано.

В каких? GTK/QT/Motif?
А вообще Tk смотрит в xrdb. Настрой там шрифты.
