Существует расширение для tk, tile -- как раз для любителей тем.
Кстати, одна из таких (мета)тем -- (о ужас) qt, собственно и рисует
qt-шными виджетами, в соответствии с текущими установками для qt.
Собрать всё это в Сизиф я, правда, не добрался; как-нибудь обязательно.
