1) достать винчестеры, размагнитить, размолоть в дробилке потом осколки залить
стеклом и в таком виде хранить на охраняемом складе 20 лет
2) просто размагнитить и размолоть винчестер
3) размагнитить винт мощным электромагнитом
4) badblocks -w пару раз по винту, а лучше dd if=/dev/urandom of=твой_винт
5) точно так-же с разделом
6) стереть файл с пом-ю shred
Для начала нужно решить насколько гарантированно нужно уничтожить
информацию.
Потом выбрать адекватный способ.
