Здрасте всем! Ткните, плиз, урл где можно почитать про то, чтобы
автоматом монтировался сидюк на самбе при обрашении на него и автоматом
размонтировался по истечении определенного времени.

Только глюков от такого решения больше чем пользы.
Периодически самба не отдает CD

Странно, у нас за 2 месяца такого ни разу не было. Даже если
пользователь забыл открытый проводник с открытым содержимым диска
(но не открыл с диска файлы), то самба отдаёт диск.
Правда самба внутри vs26-smp без поддержки oplocks.
