Выполнить:
# rpm -qa |grep ^gimp-print
Выдаст две (или более :) версии gimp-print, выбрать жертвой
более старую и удалить, указывая версию (примерно так) :
# rpm -e gimp-print-4.2.4-alt1
Если будет упираться, применять ключи --nodeps --noscripts
По завершении позвать
# apt-get install -f
