Странно, не замечал такого. В сизифе вроде все нормально :)
Некоторые несуразности перевода встречаются... но в целом все ОК.

Для справки: KDE4 переведён на украинский на 100% и входит в пятёрку лидеров
по завершённости перевода (в отличие от русского на 26 месте). kde4-i18n-uk
стоит?
