Это не правда. У меня установлен десктоп на базе 4.1.1 с тремя
сетевухами - ничего не меняется местами.
Или есть вот такая машинка (там часть VPN'ами):
# ip li|grep qdisc|wc -l
10
Тоже ничего не прыгает.
