Доброго времени суток!
Столкнулся со следующим сюрпризом:
В любой наличной версии OOo (2.4.х, 3.0.х) вставляем в любой документ скруглённый прямоугольник. Делаем этому прямоугольнику тень. В позицях "Слева внизу" и "Внизу" тень нормальная (залита цветом). В остальных позициях тень прозрачная при тех же установках. Как это побороть?
И ещё заметил, что в Writer и Calc заливка и тень для нарисованных объектов настраиваются пунктом контекстного меню "Область", а в Draw почему-то - "Площадь" ("Area" в переводе translate.ru?)

Сизиф, ОО последней версии от Инфры, глюк подтверждаю. Видимо, проблемы
внутри ОО.
