И правда! Просто выставил в винде получать IP и ДНС автоматом и заработало.

Ничего не понял. У меня Альт x86_64 4.1 на Sempron 2000+
В нем qemu с такой строкой:
qemu-system-x86_64 -M pc -cpu pentium3 -m 512M -hda
/home/ivan/windows/xp.img -cdrom /dev/cdrom -no-fd-bootchk -kernel-kqemu
-localtime
Запускается только из под рута, иначе kqemu не работает и винда дииико
тормозит.
Если из под рута, после запуска делаю Ctl-Alt+2 перехожу в qemu консоль.
Даю команду info kqemu
пишет:
kqemu support: enabled for user and kermel code.
Но и в этом случае винда работает с секундными задержками...
Ну вроде как бегать в жестких валенках :-)

А последнее просто летает.
А как звук заводить в qemu?
