видимо кнопка вовсе не аппаратный переключатель вкл/выкл и нужно
собрать/поставить что то хитрое, ее обрабатывающее (если такое есть) или
написать (если такого нет).
посмотрите что пишут пользователи других дистрибутивов про данную модель
ноутбука. меня это тоже бесит (FS Amilo V3405, кнопка софтовая)
