Добрый день!
На моем устройстве надпись фрагментация бывает когда iso файл записан в
несколько фрагментов. Тут помогает дефрагментация.
В моем случае похоже, что загрузчик отрабатывает нормально, но потом
переинициализирует usb контролер и после теряет загрузочное устройство.
