Все, нашел! Я, оказывается, залезал в модуль настройки XKB в KDEвом Центре
управления и поставил птички не там. Но возник еще один интересный вопрос.
Раньше KDEшный модуль не рекомендовалось использовать в принципе, ибо он
конфликтовал с настройками X'ов. Теперь, как я вижу, он работает через
setxkbmap, используя те же опции, что и Xkbmap. Он теперь пишет настройки в
этот файл или куда-то в другое место? Кошерно ли пользоваться KDEшным
модулем, или ну его на фиг?
