gpsdrive умеет и на КПК работать под линуксом, другой вопрос что выбор
их пока, к сожалению, не велик :(
Можно конечно взять Nokia N800 (или аналогичный) + BlueTooth GPS
приемник -- дело только за выбором софта и набором карт для него.
P.$.: нашел еще http://www.gnustep.it/enrico/position/, но пока не собирал
P.P.$.: проект http://rusa.su в будующем обещает версию для Linux тоже
(сейчас они бета-тестируют версию для WinMobile, построенную на базе
SDL, что существенно облегчит портирование на все остальные мобильные
платформы). По крайней мере бесплатных _векторных_ карт для русы в инете
предостаточно.
