Ну... бывает по-всякому. Вот нам в школу по федеральной программе
приходили компьютеры, собранные "Компьюлинком". На каждом - голограмма
от Windows Home с уникальным серийным номером. Я думаю, что они просто
их шлепают на все компьютеры. На каждом компьютере установлена XP Prof.
К классу прилагается CD с дистрибутивом XP Prof и обычный лист бумаги
формата A4, где указано, какой серийный номер (корпоративный, без
активации) надо вводить при установке...
Думаю, что типа все лицензии хранятся в министерстве (и в школы не
передаются), а наклейка от XP Home взялась, поскольку они на них обычно
ставят XP Home.
