хелло.
есть принтер (речь пойдет о hp4m но это непринципиально).
у него есть сетевой интерфейс, соответственно 515/tcp & 9100/tcp
настраиваем cups (из kde допустим)
итог - печатает.
но многое виндовые драйвера (или как-то из зовут) могут предложить печатать:
-2(4|8|16) странице на листе.
-печатать как брошуру (это когда все само распределяется где какая
страница должна быть, чтобы сложил пополам и у теья готовая
брошурка... удобно печатать черновуе доки и прочее)
-разное..
возникает вапрос, как тепереча это сделать средствами (чего cups или
ppd какого) на лялихе.
все что вспоминается - надо создать фильтр (конвеер утилит) который
будет делать нужное.
потом создать новые принтер с этим фильтром...
соответственно - кто такое делал, пусть поделится для общественности.
ну или скажем подскажут направление...
