Возник довольно неожиданный вопрос. Узнал, что техотдел моего
университета собирается вместо Activedirectory внедрить Novell
eDirectory. Стоимость лицензии 50 центов на юзера. В связи с этим
появилась масса вопросов, главный из которых - можно ли построить на
этом удобный сервер авторизации? Можно ли заставить это работать под
сервером от Альта? Если да, то при такой цене лицензии это просто
подарок, даже в платном варианте. А можно вообще попробовать с Novell
договориться о каком-то льготном предоставлении лицензий для
образовательного дистрибутива.
