Привет всем любителям Gnome.
С версией Gnome 2.28, появилась возможность пощупать грядущую версию
Gnome 3.0, а именно речь идет о gnome-shell.
Итак устанавливаем:
Установка:
$ sudo apt-get install gnome-shell
Запуск:
$ gnome-shell --replace
Для остановки:
Ctrl+C $-))
Мое мнение, на данный момент все очень сыро, но стабильно и быстро развивается.
Использую несколько дней и концепция показалась вполне удобной, мне нравится.
На данный момент ограничены возможности настройки gnome-shell, но это
временно, разработка планомерно ведется.
Конечно первый час было не совсем привычно, но сейчас, несмотря на
сырость, уже не хочется возвращаться назад )))
