Начните с заведения странички на www.altlinux.org, где опишите цели
этого livecd и список требуемого ПО со ссылками... Создать livecd -
минут 20 времени, а вот опакетить специфическое ПО может занять
несколько недель... Ну а сами время, которое потребуется на упаковку и
отладку этого ПО потратьте на чтение документации по mkimage, потому
как кроме вас никто не сможет довести этот диск до нужной кондиции :)
