Он для этого и предназначен... Но клиенты родные есть для MacOS X,
Windows и Novell Suse Linux, все остальные в пролете...

Старую версию они поставляли для SLES и RHEL, новую я видел
исключительно для Open Enterprise Server, хотя в недрах их ftp могут
быть сборки и под RHEL. Учитывая, что полноценного управления
eDirectory, нужен их родной клиент, который требует специальных
модулей, которые доступны только в виде бинарников и только для
дистрибутивов от Новел.... Я бы не рекомендовал даже начинать
заморачиваться с этим...
