Хм... Не знаю... У меня таких только два и я не могу найти отличий...
При этом они слетают на цифровой вид зачастую и при простой работе
sim...

Это установка флага "мягкого" удаления пользователя... Licq такого не
умеет... За что ее и люблю :)
