применение для ClamAv - это сканирование почтового трафика и на

Это позволит выявить самое узкое место программы, и, если хватает
знаний, попытаться переписать программу по другому.

real-time сканироване предполагает наличие резидентного модуля для
перехвата дисковых операций. На сколько мне известно, пока никто не
занимается его разработкой... Займетесь?
