Если хотите двинуть /usr на живой системе,
вы уверены, что она не умрет?
Лучше бы загрузиться каким-нибудь кноппиксом,
подмонтировать неживой винт, и двигать на нем /mnt/../usr спокойно,
только в симлинке не ошибиться.
