Скачал ALM 2.4 backports с ftp.altlinux.ru,
подключил новые пакеты к apt'у.
Попробовал обновиться.
По зависимостям все пакеты сразу не проходят.
Конкретно только на один
kde-i18n-ru
такая ругань синаптика:
