дело даже не в графике. Специфика организации работы игры такова - что
она забирает ВСЕ свободные ресурсы, по этому вне зависимости от системы
она будет отъедать ~100% (если ближе к технической стороне - то обычно
при остутствии сообщений для окна/приложения идет прогонка
рендера/AI/т.п. - т.е. все оставшее время после обработки системных
сообщений)
