Ну если б сделал grep -i usb, было бы более очевидно ;)
Они создаются "по факту", если их нет в /dev, а устройство воткнуто --
значит нужно искать почему udev не создает нужных устройств. Для более
предметного разговора нужны имена, пароли, явки.
