Добрый день.
Столкнувшись с такой ситуацией, я бы для начала получил несжатый образ,
запаковал бы его в .zip, распаковал в другое имя и сравнил файлы. Они
будут одинаковые или уже разные? Как метод, md5sum (sha1sum ...), я
думаю, подойдёт.
Дополнительная информация, ключ для поиска: "как отлаживать скрипты в
Linux".
