В общем, можно согласиться что это достаточно неинтуитивно,
распространение этого правила на инструменты в глубине меню.
Хотя форма курсора и служит некоторой подсказкой (если изменение
курсора не отключено).
Но боюсь, это уже вопрос к авторам программы, как она должна себя вести.
