Pascal (текстовые) и визуальные среды разработки приложений? А также где
можно скачать для GamBas компоненты?

По запросу Basic, оно выдало огромный (по понятной причине) список,
вроде есть mono-basic.
Хотя, наверно, сейчас посоветуют "более другие" языки.

Для GamBas компоненты - не знаю. А вот он сам из сизифа вылетел.
Т.к. некому его поддерживать..
