Я с ним играл, но сетевая nvidia с открытым драйвером многого не умеет

и как раз был такой эффект (не поднимался интерфейс если нет
устройства с той стороны). Сервису сказал не стартовать (и скорее
всего проверил как работает, но было это довольно давно), в вот теперь
эффект опять заметил. Теперь даже пакет удалил.
Может он чего в стартовых скриптах где прописал?
В принципе не смертельно (если начнет заметно мешать - одно из
лобовых решений - поставить сетевушку за полтораста р.). Но вроде как
бага, наверно отрепортить надо.
