Добрый день!
Достался мне <<на разграбление>> ноутбук ASUS K50IN
Из особенностей железа: чипсет nVidia MCP79 (всё, кроме сети на нём)
Видео GeForce G102M (C79).
Монитор его имеет разрешение 1366х768
Поставил на него p5.
Симптомы: видеодрайвер выбирается VESA, разрешение ставит 1280x720
Выбор драйвера nvidia приводит к тому, что разрешениее устанавливается
в 640х480 и изображение шестикратно дублируется по экрану.
Попытка настраивать через nvidia-settings в меру провальная, ибо
максимальное разрешение, предлагаемое им 640x480.
Насильное выставление разрешения в 1366x768 в /etc/X11/xorg.conf
успехом не увенчалось (те же 1280х720 ставится).
Выбор драйвера nv не увенчался успехом: с ним не стартует.
Вопрос: куды рыть для установки родного разрешения?
