Можно, конечно. Но собирать уже придётся его топором :(
Ибо если хотим нормальных зависимостей, то надо продираться сквозь сборку.

Уже не вспомню, бо году в 2004 примерно это было.
Но немного, с десяток. Как раз на <<заглушках>>, когда функция формально
присутствует, но кода нет.
Просто как make&&make install собиралось нормально, а вот опакетить :(
