У человека кластер, а вы ему последовательную библиотеку суёте

Вообще-то ScaLAPACK это LAPACK поверх MPI.
Последнее, слава богу, жёстко стандартизовано
Но мат.библиотеки я зарёкся пытаться пакетить, лучше их руками по
месту собирать.
Сплошь и рядом сделаны <<заглушки>>, на которых компилятор выдаёт предупреждение,
и как итог пакет не пропускается роботом.
