Здравствуйте Mandrake-russian.
Исходные данные:
- Junior
- LG CD-ROM CRD8400C.
Наблюдаю:
- при монтировании /dev/cdrom мертвый завис.
Выход из ситуации:
- RESET
Что сделал:
- hdparm -d0 -K1 /dev/cdrom
Результат:
- все работает. Ура! Создал в /etc/sysconfig/harddisk файл hdd с
содержимым: USE_DMA=0 , а в скрипте /etc/sysconfif/harddrive/idetune
дописал строчку: HDFLAGS= так HDFLAGS="-K1"
НО ПО ПРОШЕСТВИИ НЕКОТОРОГО ВРЕМЕНИ !!!
kernel: hdd: set_drive_speed_status: status = 0x51 {DriveReadySeekComplete Error}
kernel: hdd: set_drive_speed_status: error = 0xb4
kernel: hdd: ATAPI 40X CD-ROM drive, 128kB Cache, DMA
..................................................^^^!!!
После этого наблюдаю:
- при монтировании CD-ROM мертвый завис.
ВОПРОСЫ:
- а не перекомпилировать ли мне ядро, чтоб по умолчанию DMA был
отключен?
- а не заменить ли мне CD-ROM?
- ну почему бутерброд падает маслом вниз?
- ну почему так все в жизни хреново?
- ну почему в Win98SE2 этот CD-ROM с установленным флажком DMA
работает?
Помогите пожалуйста с ответами на мои вопросы если можете.
