Если со временем отвалится, то пусть на стороне циски debug по
ipsec включат и смотрят что там летит.
Я им давно не пользуюсь, поэтому не смогу воспроизвести данную
ситуацию.
Но выяснить хотелось бы из-за чего происходит збой
