Тип flow control не зависит от дуплексности, а зависит
от того, имеется ли на интерфейсе возможность аппаратного
управления этим самым flow. Обычно под токовой петлей понимают
связь по 4-м проводам: TxD+, TxD-, RxD+, RxD-. Т.е. задействованы
только линии данных. Линии управления потоком (RTS, CTS, DCD,
DTR, DSR) - не задействуются, посему аппаратное управление
потоком невозможно (разве что вы пробросите эти сигналы
дополнительными парами). Остается только программное управление
(xon/xoff) либо никакое, чреватое потерей данных, что вы,
по-видимому и имеете.
Да, и еще. Linux более-менее нормально работает только с
буферизированными UART. Небуферизированных на сегодня уже не
найти, но тут вопрос - через что вы получаете токовую петлю ?
Если через какую-то древнюю мультипортовку - есть вероятность
что там стоит как раз такой раритет.
