Добавлю, проц p3-933, тв-тюнер Avermedia tvphone98, SB Live,
Promise Ultra100TX2, радеон64DDR (на работе p3-1133, железо то
же кроме читалки и промайза, их нет и другой радеон -- 7200).

А производитель материнки кто? Шлейф правильный (80-wire)?
Master/Slave корректно выставлены? Еще слышал, что Тики не
терпят соседства с винтами на своем канале.
