Может, и не винт. Мог нарушиться контакт в шлейфах. Мог
взглючить контроллер.
Кстати, не приходит ли все в норму после ВЫКЛЮЧЕНИЯ питания (на
АТХ-платах нужно выключать клавишу на задней стенке и для пущей
надежности вынуть шнур из розетки), ожидания пары минут и
включения вновь? Тогда имеет смысл поэкспериментировать с
заменой блока питания.
