Возможно, что и так, но, как мне кажется, таким образом хотят
подтолкнуть народ к использованию sudo, что, в случае пряморукой
настройки /etc/sudoers позволяет не знать пароль root вообще
никому. Или вообще иметь root с запрещенным логином. ;-)))
