О!
А я как раз думал:
a) зачем glibc-devel хочет libgd (которая за собой половину
XFree86 утягивает);
б) зачем groff хочет tetex [50M!!].
Эти странные (для меня) зависимости существенно увеличивают
минимальный объем системы, например, text-only разработчика (или
на сервере что перебрать надо, а рядом негде) или вообще (в
случае groff, который нужен man) документированной системы.
Помнится, в каком-то Mdk мне _дико_ понравилось наличие пакета
groff-for-man мимнимального размера с минимумом зависимостей...
А то BCL6.2 становился на 100-150М минимум (не помню точнее), а
тут имеем bloat мег на 100.
