Поищите "GPS" на freshmeat.net, там довольно прилично всякого.
Навскидку помню Mayko mXmap.
Если конкретные вопросы, можете спросить у моего друга, зовут его Олег
<olegg@ukrpack.net>, он GPS'ками занимался.
