У Лени Кантера был StarOffice FAQ, может, что-то и к ОО годится.
Вкратце -- сперва от рута
# ./setup /net
^^^^
потом для каждого нужного пользователя ./setup из того места, куда ты
его рутом поставил, и выбор варианта с основными файлами на сервере.
Тогда для каждого локального польщователя в его home упадет пара мег, а
остальное расшарено.
Это -- не обязательно в сети, для локальной машины все так же.
