По поводу fps -- NVdriver и друзья не понимают SBA и еще кой-чего, что
твоя карта с виндовыми дровами может и уметь (моя все равно не умеет)?
У меня на вантузе TuxRacer дает 30-60 fps в 800x600x16bpp, в зависимости
от объектов и ключиков nvclock %) Аж подмывает добавить 3D к моим
требованиям к видео и соответственно ее сменить. А то не вяжется к
Athlon 735.

Какой, кстати, драйвер? В 0.9-769 DPMS подлечили, а локапы еще есть =(
И, кстати, чипсет-то какой?
