А откуда взялся этот документ? Может, там есть разъяснения по поводу того,
чем его транслировать и что для успешной трансляции нужно иметь?
Набор понимаемых элементов зависит от типа документа (DTD, в соответствии
с которым написан документ). Этот DTD указывается в самом начале
документа.
Наличие в DTD определения какого-то элемента еще недостаточно, чтобы
извлечь из него какую-то пользу. Нужно, чтобы инструменты (в данном случае
db2html/openjade), читающие этот докумнет понимали, что это за элемент и
как его визуализировать. db2html в основном предназначен для типов
документа из семейства DocBook. А в определениях стандартных DocBook
(/usr/share/sgml/docbook) нет определений элемента LYXLIST.
Может быть, DTD этого документа расширение DocBook, в которое может
транслировать свои документы LyX, но тогда его определние должно было бы
поставляться вместе с LyX (как, например, определения некоторых
дополнительных классов документов LaTeX, которые LyX использует). Но
такого определения я не увидел.
