Странно, что у Вас все сразу не заработало. Ведь они приблизительно такие
и должны быть после установки.
Еще замечу, что у Вас тут смешены два способа настройки Xkb (что, конечно,
не смертельно), и некоторые опции избыточны. Напрмер:

Можно выкинуть эти две строчки (они относятся к более низкоуровневому
спсобу):

Все то же самое (и даже большее) у Вас все равно дублируется тут (значения
для низкоуровневых паарметров, которые реально используются, вычисляются
по правилам в файле, заданном в XkbRules):

> Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
> Option "XkbLayout" "ru"
> Option "XkbVariant" "winkeys"
> Option "XkbOptions" "grp:ctrl_shift_toggle"
