Ну почему же :)
Для Питера это Руннет Релком Метроком.
Отсалных не знаю.
Но это основные поставщики канала для ISP,
осталные это уже отделный случай.
Ширина канала зависит от провайдера.
Тут сказать не могу, надо на серверах смотреть Они выкладывают свои
технические параметры как ШИРИНУ, количество линий и тд.
А в Питере их за последние годы сильно сократилось :(
