А /dev/loop? есть?
Я монтирую так (правда, не ALTLinux, а Gentus):
mount -t iso9660 -o ro,noexec,loop=/dev/loop0 image.iso /mnt/iso-test
(Это согласно CD-Writing HOWTO).
