rpm is your friend.
rpm -qa | sort > rpm.all # all pkgs
less rpm.all # check pkgs names
rpm -e pkg1 pkg2# it will tell you dependences
ex rpm -e XFree86 XFree86-libs gtk++ licq ....
Hint Use mouse to copy/pase pkgs names
