Здравствуйте
значение адреса ввода/вывода io=0x300
в строке alias eth0 ne
modprobe ne io=0x300
даёт положительный результат
И для сведения плохо детектятся сетевые карты
с ISA разъёмом. Были попробованы
Dlink 220P( в режиме NE2000)
Intel EtherExpress10+
