1)Не торопитесь. Вот что Дмитрий Левин уже писал про это:

Ставьте с опцией --replacefiles. Но потом в /boot получатся несуществующие линки.
Для исправления этого нужно поправить скрипт kheader - найти
комманду ExecIfExecutable и исправить ее на просто exec.
Потом запустить kheader руками - линки исправятся.

заменил и говорит
./kheader : /etc/init.d/functions: No such file or directory
Где правда?
2)Если при загрузке такое сообщение - это что значит?
Starting NFS lockd: RPC: sendmsg returned error 101( и так 4 раза)
portmap:server localhost not responding , time out
RPC(4 раза как выше)
lock-up: makeso (дальше не успел записать)
3)А на ping выдаёт -1 как так может быть?
4)Если какой-либо модуль скомпилирован под 2.2.15 и
2.2.18 ругается на него при загрузке, значит надо пересобрать ядро верно?
