Установил Spring 2001в кодировке 1251.
В техстовой консоли с русским все нормально.
А как установить нужную раскладку клавиатуры в KDE?

Главное -- не трогать настройки клавиатуры в KDE, тогда все будет
нормально. используйте DrakConf.
